We take very great care on all placements and believe that, with your cooperation that we have made a Great Fit for your Business with the Candidate placed.

We appreciate though that on occasions that Fit might not work out as planned so provide you with a 12 Month Replacement Scheme (6 Months Free Replacement and 6 at 50% of Standard Fee against the value of the original placement, any adjustment on Salary required in our favour will be invoiced at standard rate).

If you require us to work on a Replacement then either brief us ahead of terminating the Candidate placed with your company's Contract (If you wish to find a Replacement ahead) or within 3 Days and in writing please to justin@carpetroles.co.uk.

You need to have paid us to Terms on the Invoice to in order to receive the Replacement.

We Recruit Like for Like and Location for Location Replacements Only.

The Replacement Clause is valid for 12 Months from Candidate Start Date though ideally we will look to replace the candidate immediately that they have left employment but can hold the process up to the anniversary of start date at which point any work would revert back to standard Terms, the onus is therefore to make us aware as quickly as you can and we will then work on the replacement as required.

There is no monetary value (other than our time and effort at this end) to the replacement scheme.

Obviously we are happy to advise and consult with clients on any concerns that they may have with regards to the Candidate that we have placed and will always do anything that we can to alleviate any concerns that you may have and where necessary can speak with the Candidate and offer mediation to sort any issues before they become terminal... if that doesn't work then we can start the replacement scheme and find a more suitable candidate at our expense.
