DIRECT FLOOR SYSTEMS LTD is a well established commercial flooring company based in Derbyshire, with over 25 years of experience. 

We offer a comprehensive range of flooring services, including the supply and installation of carpet, vinyl, safety flooring, LVT and entrance matting – all tailored for commercial environments. 

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Trainee Estimator / Contracts Manager with some experience in commercial flooring. 

Job Details / Requirements:

Duties of this role include, but are not limited to: 

• Manage projects from tender stage through to completion.
• Ensure successful planning, coordination and delivery of materials across all sites.
• Estimating for Commercial Flooring Projects.
• Surveying Sites ahead of preparing accurate Estimates.
• Manage Installation teams on site.
• Issuing quotations and liaising with the client to follow up and secure business.
• IT Literate.
• Full UK Driving licence required due to projects nationwide
